From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the second I walked out of the clinic, the customer service and patient care were unbelievably amazing. Dr. Jo and her team were incredibly kind, warm, and professional.

I’ve been to many dentists before, but I’ve never felt this safe and comfortable. I came in anxious, but within minutes, that anxiety disappeared. Dr. Jo was so gentle and reassuring, and she took the time to explain every detail of my care in a way that made me feel empowered rather than ashamed. For the first time, I left a dental visit feeling truly educated about my oral health.

What stood out even more were the thoughtful little touches like writing the exact times to take my medications on the ziplock bag, asking what music I’d like to listen to during the procedure, and just making me feel seen and respected throughout the entire visit.

I’ve only met Dr. Jo once, but she’s already become the epitome of the kind of doctor I aspire to be someday. I cannot recommend her enough. 10/10 truly an exceptional experience.
